A Generator, Holiday Lights and Soft Washing in Leonardo

Nelson from Leonardo, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since February of 2022, and has come back twice since. The generator was commissioned in July of 2022: a Generac Guardian rated 19.5 kW on natural gas, on a 200-amp service-entrance switch with two smart management modules and surge protection, sized against a 15 kW calculation for the 2,897 square foot house. Holiday lighting followed in December of 2024, installed and taken down after the season rather than left to a ladder in January. Soft washing was carried out in May of 2026 – the low-pressure method that lifts algae and mildew off siding without driving water behind it, which is what a pressure washer does to a house that was not built to take it. Annual maintenance, a ten-year extended parts-and-labor warranty and monitoring we manage all sit behind the generator.
