How much room does a technician need around the machine?
Enough to satisfy the model-specific service clearances and to open the enclosure and remove service panels safely. Routine work reaches the engine, air filter, oil filter, spark plugs, battery, controller, fuel system and wiring compartments, so the space has to be real rather than nominal.
Will a 22 kW generator run an entire Holmdel house?
For many homes, yes, but that does not mean every load can run at the same moment.
