The generator was installed by another company, and the relationship began with a startup inspection and a monitoring subscription set up the same day – the right first step on a machine somebody else put in, since the intervals mean nothing until its actual condition is established. An annual maintenance plan now covers the yearly visit, with the standard manufacturer warranty behind the machine.
