Jennifer from Middletown, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since July of 2023. The generator was installed by another company and commissioned in January of 2015, and the servicing came to us eight years later. It has been seen every July since – the eight-year, 1,400-hour service in 2023, the nine-year in 2024, the ten-year in 2025 and again in 2026. Servicing in high summer is the sensible timing on a machine that will be asked to work in a winter storm: the visit happens when nothing is urgent, and any part that needs ordering arrives with months to spare rather than during the outage that revealed it.
