A Roof in 2015, a Generator in 2019, Middletown

Stephani from Middletown, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since March of 2015, and came back four years later. The roof came first, finished in April of 2015: two undamaged layers stripped to the sheathing and hauled away, then 4,300 square feet of new composition shingle in charcoal with a 50-year warranty. Every roof we do is a complete tear-off, and the word undamaged is the point – the layers were sound, and they still came off, because a new roof laid over an old one hides whatever the deck is doing underneath. The generator followed in April of 2019: 20 kW on natural gas, feeding a 200-amp GenReady load center with built-in power management, sized against a 19 kW calculation for the 2,576 square foot house. Annual maintenance, a ten-year extended parts-and-labor warranty and monitoring we manage all sit behind it.
