Glenn from Hazlet, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since August of 2024. The generator was installed by another company and commissioned in August of 2023, and the servicing came to us a year later – early enough that the first-year service was the first visit rather than a catch-up. Cellular monitoring was set up within a fortnight, and the two-year, 200-hour service followed in September of 2025. Monitoring is the part that changes the character of the arrangement: a standby generator runs a weekly self-test that nobody watches, and a machine reporting its own results is the difference between knowing it is ready and assuming so. An annual maintenance plan and the monitoring both sit behind it.
