Ralph from Farmingdale, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since August of 2024. The generator was installed by another company and commissioned in November of 2022, and the servicing came to us two years later. Three things happened in the same week: a startup inspection on a machine we had not put in, an extended parts-and-labor warranty registered against its serial number, and cellular monitoring set up. Registering a warranty on a second-hand relationship is the part people assume cannot be done – the machine was not ours, but it was still young enough to qualify, and the household now has cover it would otherwise have lost. An annual maintenance plan and the monitoring sit alongside it.
