Maryann from Middletown, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since July of 2020. Her 20 kW unit is a Honeywell, which is a Generac underneath the badge, and it has been on our PowerBase Silver plan for six years. Silver means the machine gets opened on a schedule rather than after a failure: oil and filters, battery tested, transfer switch checked, and a run under load. Honeywell-badged units are common enough around here that they are no trouble to service. Middletown is in Monmouth County.
