Mary Ellen from Middletown, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since February of 2025. The generator was installed by another company and commissioned in May of 2013, and the servicing came to us nearly twelve years later. The first visit was a startup inspection – the assessment we run on any machine we did not install, establishing hours, condition and what has actually been done to it before committing to a schedule. The ten-year service followed in February of 2026. On a generator entering its second decade that first look matters more than the interval it happens to fall on, because the service history is somebody else’s and the machine is the only reliable record of it.
