Noreen from Middletown, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since August of 2020. The generator was installed by another company and commissioned in August of 2013, and the servicing came to us seven years later. It has been seen every summer since – August of 2020, August of 2021, August of 2022, August of 2023, July of 2024, June of 2025 and June of 2026 – starting at the seven-year, 1,200-hour service and continuing at the ten-year interval once the machine reached it. That last point is the one worth making: the service schedule does not stop when a generator runs out of new intervals to reach. It keeps repeating, because oil, plugs, filters and batteries go on aging whether or not the manual has another milestone left to offer.
